Collegians Triduum
- Sch. John Cyriac, SJ

From the 16th to the 18th October the collegians of the Bombay Province made their triduum. Fr. Benhur from the Goregaon Seminary was the director for the triduum. ‘Sadhnalaya’, our Jesuit novitiate was the place selected for the renewal, prayer and reflection. Sadhnalaya has been a home for many of us and being there for those days did help many of us.

Fr Benhur inspired us both by his talks and also by his sheer openness and simplicity. During the three days he helped us probe into our Jesuit identity, our vision for the future, our beliefs, our community life, our obedience and our ability to collaborate with others. We thank him sincerely for taking the pains to actually read up our own GC 35 documents so as to make the triduum meaningful for us.

The highlight of the triduum was the renovation of our vows on the last day. Fr Tony V, the present Novice Master, was the main celebrant at the Eucharist. We thank him and the novices for going out of their way to make the Eucharist meaningful for us.

The collegians thank Fr Errol for taking the initiative and organizing this triduum for us. We also thank Br. Owen and the novices. They worked quietly behind the scenes to ensure that we collegians made a peaceful triduum.
